> The Toby at the curb between 23 Medina and the last NG driveway of 25a Medina Crescent was recently moved to be on the footpath and now there's a significant leak from the original site of the Toby. It's been leaking for 3 weeks now and so much water pouring out it's created a hole in the ground. This is the second report I've sent and the water filled hole is now a drowning hazard for a small child.
