> There is flood debris all over the beach beside Akaroa recreation ground making the beach unusable for recreation and local activity operators. The beach needs to be cleaned with machinery to make it functional and more attractive again. The beach is used by alot of locals and tourists and currently it is very unattractive. Thank you.
