> On 15 March we pointed out that drain clearances prior to winter had failed to clear the drain in front of our property. In the last few days the team finally turned up to clear the drain, but they only did half of it. The people on the job said they were instructed to stop halway along the drain on our frontage. This makes no sense, why only clear half a drain? Please return and complete the job. Please call or email me to advise.
