> Street light previously reported as out due to broken tps phase to overhead 7/16 Cu conductor. Contractor has reconnected tps phase tail to overhead mains phase conductor, blue phase. This light now has no control method, is illuminated 24/7 as Gough G600 HPS fitting has no photocell or SLV controller fitted. Was and should be reconnected to ripple controlled overhead streetlight circuit.
