> Hi, I am unsure if this is council or residents responsibility to trim these large trees that are significantly blocking sun from entering the property of number 2 Arahura. I am renting & the owner thinks it is possibly the councils so asked me to try this avenue. We get very little light into our kitchen/living space as you can see these trees are large and blocking all views. I do not want them removed in full but would be great to get them thinned and pruned thanks
