> A advertising truck has parked across the shared use path and is obstructing safe use of this. The come in place do not appropriately mitigate this selfish parking. There is also reduced visibility in this bend as it is and I've seen a near miss this morning when someone had to ride off the path to avoid accident with oncoming bike traffic on this major cycle route. It is also creating a further hazard by encroaching on the on road bike lane reducing width and visibility.
