> Our neighbor has recently acquired a rooster in a very densely residential area and it has been crowing every morning at 5.30am onwards. This has been and incredible nuisance to all surrounding properties. There is further concern it is not properly contained and it has been escaping into surrounding properties, one of which has chickens and causing chaos. Please contact the tenant to remove the rooster in a residential area, or further complaints will be made.
