> When visitors and residents are exiting The Bellevue Retirement Village @ 21 Windermere Road, there are often vehicles parked right up on both sides of the exit on Windermere Road, when you are in the exiting in a vehicle, viewing left and right is seriously impaired, which makes it very unsafe exiting for all drivers. It needs broken yellow lines for 15 meters either side of the exit, as in many parts of our city. Thank you Barrie Greenwood
