> The Cycle/Pedestrian Traffic lights need to change within 4 seconds of pressing the button. Many times the traffic light at the Linwood Ave intersection turns red before the Aldwins Rd crossing turns green. This is majorly frustrating. The duration of time the crossing light is green is minimal. It won't be at all inconvenient for traffic to stop for just 5to10 seconds. A cool down period of 15 sec before the crossing can be activated again should be implemented too.
