> I have wrecked up the leaves outside my house now twice already this year and taking them to the dump and paid with my own funds for the disposal of these which in fact in the council jurisdiction the leaves keep returning because of the absence of any maintenance in the street to remove the leaves this is extremely poor Management by council and needs to be addressed immediately
