> All of Colwyn street both side are flooding with the roadworks on Aorangi rd intersection. Residents are actively clearing drains with no progress and it’s becoming a hazard for the elderly on the street trying to clear it and also pregnant women having to slip in water trying to get in vehicles. Can someone clear the drains asap
