> BARBED WIRE ON COUNCIL PROPERTY!! Step daughters cat went missing on Thursday and was found Saturday wrapped in barbed wire that is at ground level in a council water station THIS IS DISGUSTING! There is no need for barbed wire in the city. I am a veterinary professional and i am livid that this has happened
