> The storm water from my property at 16 Sumner road is possibly blocked under the foot path or street as it backs up in heavy rain. Can this be checked and fixed soon I see that there is going to be some works happening in this area as it has just been spray marked to locate the underground services on the road. Hopefully it can be cleared but if it needs digging up it would be best to do at the same time. Cheers Greg
