> I am writing to request a bus shelter as there is currently no protection for passengers during rain. Commuters, including school children and the elderly, face serious discomfort when waiting in bad weather. A shelter would greatly improve the experience and encourage more public transport use. I kindly ask the council to consider this request. Thank you for your attention. Yours sincerely,
