> I am writing to formally raise a concern about the black bollards installed on end of Rolleston Avenue and near park terrace, which are neither illuminated nor painted in a way that makes them visible, especially at night. Recently, I drove near these bollards and, due to the lack of visibility, my vehicle collided with one. This has resulted in significant damage, and I now have a repair quote exceeding $2,000.
