> The gutter at the bottom of our driveway has lifted between 50 and 70 mm due to a root from a tree on the berm. In autumn when it rains the gutter blocks up on the raised section with leaves and floods the bottom of our driveway making it impractical for access to our driveway by foot or bicycle. Also as Bellingham Place does not have storm water drains, it uses the drains on Inglewood Pl, adding to the flooding. Please level the raised gutter to stop the leaves collecting and impeding flow.
