> Has this been investigated. There must be a pile of polystyrene upstream Paparoa Main drain/ stream where this contamination is coming from every time it rains. Have the banks of the stream been investigated? Is it from the Racecourse? Or another place where storm water flows into the stream? This is not my first request for an investigation.
