> Higgins Contractors repaired Glenstrae Road approximately 6 weeks ago and the road is already failing. On the lower corner, Higgins placed extra strong asphalt against the manhole cover but completely missed the cover on the top corner. I have shown the correct repair, the old concrete repair and the faulty repair where the asphalt is already failing. This needs to be quickly fixed using the correct method as every car going around the corner drives over the cover. These jobs should be inspected
