> Hi - there is a problem Kowhai tree that has been growing all bent over for years along with oversized flax bushes in a ccc road garden outside 4 Bronte Place. The Kowhai hasn’t grown into a decent shape and drops rubbish everywhere - is it possible to remove everything in the concrete garden and start again with a more suitable tree or planting? We try our best to clean it up and keep trimmed but it is getting beyond us now as too big. The actual street and gutters of Bronte place need a tidy.
