> this is an abandoned house (still has an owner) that has caused issues previously with gangs trying to set themselves up. It seems the installed fence is not enough of a deterrent anymore. Horrid graffiti has emerged overnight 6/7 June. Can you please secure the property properly and remove the graffiti. We fear criminsl activity will be starting up soon again.
