> 18 Neill Street in Hornby was recently sold. There seem to be people living there. They have cut down bushes and trees along the front and side fence on the property. Since they started the footpath has not been cleared of debris. On Saturday 31st May I walked my dog past the property and the footpath is still cluttered with debris. I have walked the dog along there all last week and again this morning 7/6 they still haven't attempted to clear footpath or gutters. It's slippery and dangerous.
