> For some unfathomable reason, now that the new cycleway along Sparks Rd has been completed, road cones have been placed down the middle of the road, forcing traffic coming from Halswell at 60+km/hr (around the bend in the photo) to the left, and into the green painted cycleway entry. It's an accident waiting to happen. This is at the Sparks/Milns rd intersection
