> Dear Sir/Mdm, As the property manager for this building, I am following up on the recent report regarding the damaged storm water outlet. During roofing repairs, our contractor discovered that the drainage outlet was blocked, which resulted in rainwater backing up onto the canopy and shop front windows during a heavy downpour 1 May 25, Could you please prioritise this issue and have it resolved as soon as possible?
