> 18 Voss Street. This morning her dogs started at 2am, then they have been continuously barking just be from before 7am, till about 7.30am. This is still a regular thing throughout the morning, day and night since my last animal complaint. Owner is hardly home due to work or travel. Little Jack Russel and a Husky. Please keep me anonymous.
