> Construction site on holly road has put out cones for traffic management without any warning. This is the second time this has occurred and they have again been placed around cars that were there prior. As there was no warning if I had gone to another address for the night my car would be parked in a no parking area tomorrow. There should be notice given to residents on the street. No parking limits also extend far beyond the entry to the site, wonder why they are needed along half the road..
