> Drains all blocked with water and leaves all over Johnson Street and Milton Street in Sydenham Please do something about it otherwise if tenants or any member of the public try to unclog the road drains by self they could get very sick due to the contaminated water all over Christchurch needs to be done and roads need to be upgraded everywhere from one end of Milton Street down to the other end of Milton Street needs to be upgraded everywhere needs to be upgraded and all of Barrington Street
