> Just want to clarify whether this street upgrade area on Lichfield is for car parking? Maybe a non issue once it's closer to finished but this is disappointing to see nonetheless and reduced visibility reduces pedestrian safety. This whole area between Lichfield and cashel / huanui and Madras gets so many people parking motor vehicles illegally on footpaths, it's a shame to see the issue proliferate. No or little parking enforcement during peak commute hours is an issue.
