> The Orion Halswell Zone Substation has flooding from overflow of drainage ditch on Sparks Rd. This has resulted in a number of tree dying and our grounds maintenance contractor now cannot get into the area. I would like to meet with someone to discuss. We have meet with someone from CCC last year but nothing has changed, Thanks Chris Young. 0272141181
