> Unfortunately?this wasn’t the first time (by others) but this guy I caught in red hand, what’s the standard operation procedure in case like this? Do I just live with it or can actually make a complaint to the owner/company who is responsible or is this Christchurch city council matter hence the lawn belongs to CCC
