> The water toby outside of 22 Hillsborough terrace has been leaking for many many weeks now. We have called the council on multiple occasions as we often get cyclist, walkers, etc up this path. The water started in a small area (red circle) but is now flowing quite a ways down the path. It is also saturating our front garden. Most of all, we are very worried about our 85+ year old neighbor who uses this path to commute as she no longer has a vehicle. I have slipped on the water/mud myself, but luckily managed to catch myself. If our neighbor slips, it will not be the same outcome! This is urgent. Three emails regarding this have been sent over the course of five weeks.
