> The Colombo Lodge, 448 Colombo St, leaves their rubbish like this and I am sick of picking it up- and it blowing around. It’s disgusting. Been like this for weeks. They have been asked to tidy it up, but they haven’t. It’s at the back entrance of their property on Penbury Street. I spoke to a lady at the council and she suggested we speak to them 1st- which we have. Nothing has changed. Thank you
