> There’s a contruction going on beside our house and they broke the gutter/sewer after the concrete pouring last April. They are not looking after it and we’re having stagnant water due to blockage. There’s been leaves piling in front of our house as well due to blockage. We had a bit of flood in our driveway too from the last heavy rain we had last May because of this blockage.
