> Note - this is not about overgrown vegetation but that was the closest category in the footpath section. The grass berm outside 311 Armagh St has been sprayed with herbicide, rather than mowed and cared for. The grass and weeds have therefore all died into a yellow mess. This is the same way the owners chose to manage the berm last year - just kill it so there is no more maintenance. It is an eyesore and disrespects the neighbourhood compared with the well maintained grass on the other berms.
