> Can you PLEASE fix how wet it is as cyclists and ped have to travel through Grimses rd underpass. My husband has told me how bad this underpass was, and as you can see, the underpass in icy conditions has claimed another victim. Plus, thousands of dollars to bike, clothing, and gear that we can not afford. Fix this issue before someone is badly hurt. I wait for your response Thank you
