> Someone tied a strop to the wooden posts in the crossing on the middle island. It was securely tired on 4 posts. I untied one end before I thought to take a photo. It is very dangerous for bikes, scooters and anyone with walking disability and poor eyesight. Really sad someone took the time to do this.
