> The chain preventing people crossing the road has come loose. I put it back, but nothing to stop it coming off again. In fact it has previously. Maybe a couple of screws into the pole could work? Or maybe hammering it on so it is tight? This is the corner of Main North Road and Halliwell Avenue.
