> Would really like to know the justifications and thought processes that went into all the intersection “upgrades” around church corner. I’ve never seen more congestion in this area in my entire life. You removed all the free turns which massively reduces places for traffic to go, along with intersection speed humps and even more lights. What a huge backwards step for the progress of Christchurch. I’ve never experienced anything like anywhere else in the world!!
