> Number 71 Lamorna Road still playing loud techno music from 10pm toll 4am in the morning. Waited for noise control to answer. Not good enough that this neighbor continues to patty from Fridsy- Sunday apparently. I will be reporting every night this happens. Can noise control actually do anything.
