> This unregistered Hyundai has been parked in Rawhiti Avenue for well over a year. A sticker was put on it maybe a month ago and a few weeks some young kids scrapped it off at 5am one morning. With parking around New Brighton especially around the rugby club limited it’s quite frustrating that this car can sit there for so long. Thanks so much Maree
