> I caught a man in a white Foton tipper truck licence plate RAZ800 dumping a load of stones and soil in the right hand side carpark at the very end of Harbour Road, Brooklands at approx 4.20pm Sat 21 June. He almost drove off the road when he realised I was filming him, then he drove off down Harbour Rd, over the Styx River Bridge heading towards Kainga.
