> Ever since the traffic lights at Averill St & North Parade were removed (for a house to be transported) the lights haven't phased properly. Cars are backing up along Averill Street blocking the exit from Pareawa school. As a pedestrian using the lights to cross it's as if pushing the button does not activate the lights to change, it's as if it is just on an automatic timer that the button doesn't prompt. This means kids are trying to dash across the road in-between light phases, it's dangerous
