> Since the heavy rain a few weeks ago, when the gutters were full of leaf fall, some have blown away in variable winds. They are now congealed and continue to block drains across the Linden Grove road guttering system. Annex Rd had a truck doing this work on the night of the heavy rain, but no activity since. Normally they are cleaned up much sooner, (I think). Thanks for attention.
