> Hi, these are the gutters on crnr Colombo and Elgin. The gutters are now a rotting mess. The outlets are blocked completely and will flood with rain coming. I saw a lady congratulate you for clearing her gutters only 4 hours after compaining. Can you please clean ours?? Thnx
