> Would it be possible for council staff to clear the leaves from around Bishopdale Mall, especially from the gutters on Raleigh St? Corner of Raleigh and Farrington is prone to surface flooding. Council sweeper did Farrington gutters on Wednesday but not Raleigh St. Many thanks
