> The Shirley Rugby clubrooms are in the middle of the park. We have had water issues lately in the clubrooms and have discovered the nearest tap to turn the water off is 250meters away! Which makes it difficult to manage when we need to turn the water off off urgently. Is it possible for the CCC to install a shut off tap at the clubrooms site?
