> To whom it may concern. The water station at the Burnside Water Pump Station 1071 near the Burnside Tennis Club requires a tray to be installed below the water taps with a drain pipe installed to a soak pit. Water is continually flowing across the ground and carparking area, creating a health and safety issue. The ground is getting very slippery and is now freezing over on frosty mornings, making it an accident waiting to happen. The Councils Mayor concurs with my concerns.
