> Hi. Im not sure who to contact regarding this sign on the corner of Barrington Street and brougham Street i feel the sign is a safty risk. This part of Barrington street is where cars merge, and I feel the sign distracts people from merging safely. They are reading the sign instead of looking to see if it's safe to merge or not.
