> Unnecessary pavement replacement Very recent replacement (Wed 02.07.25) of perfectly fine asphalt pavement strip over kerb outlet with new cold mix asphalt that is still so soft and won't set in cold weather. I noticed other recent patches along Hammersley Ave as well. Will this set
