> Hello, this western stretch of Madras St between Bealey Ave and Purchas St has been perpetually wet (slow flowing water) for 2 years plus. While the Toby boxes may be under the control of the property owner, they lie in the road reserve, like this one and appear to be contributors to this ongoing water leak from various sources along this stretch. Can this please be looked at and the problem(s) fixed. Thank you.
