> A few months ago, City Council workers removed the steel plate on my driveway and replaced it with asphalt. However, it seems that a proper drainage path was not created. As a result, rainwater does not flow into the drain and instead pools on the right side. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider cutting the asphalt to create a drainage channel, as shown in the last photo. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this issue.
